In order to link your own phone number to FunnelBridge you have to create an WhatsApp Business account. WhatsApp Business pricing is based on conversations:

What is a “conversation”?

Each 24-hour time window is considered a “conversation”. Every reply from a candidate resets the timer by 24 hours. If you do not reply to the candidate within 24 hours, another conversation will be opened (and charged by Meta).

How much does a conversation cost?

If a candidate starts the conversation, it is free of charge:

Chats that you receive via the FunnelBridge WhatsAppp bot are generally free of charge. Replies that you send within 24 hours are therefore also free of charge. You can also use automated messages in FunnelBridge for this purpose

If the company starts the conversation, it is chargeable:

Currently, the price is decided depending on the country your company is located in and on the category in which the first message of the conversation is classified. Meta uses machine learning to check which category the conversation falls into. The cheapest is “Utility”. “Marketing” is the most expensive. Application related conversations are either one of both.

If you start 100 conversations after 24 hour of inactivity per month you can expect meta to charge around*:

  • 8,69 € in 🇳🇱 Netherlands

  • 7,17 € in 🇫🇷 France

  • 3,69 € in 🇨🇭Switzerland and 🇦🇹 Austria

  • 3,10 € in 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
