In addition to complex message templates that you need to set up in your Meta Business Manager (help article), you can also create simple message templates directly in FunnelBridge:

To do this, go to Settings > Message templates templates. Then click on the blue button ‘Create a simple message template’ :

Now you can name the message template and define the text of the message:

After you have clicked on “Create”, the message template is sent to Meta for verification. This step can take a few seconds to minutes, until then the status is set to “PENDING”. Once the review is complete, the newly created message template will be marked in green as “APPROVED” and you can use it.

NOTE: If you also want to use placeholders, e.g. for the applicant's name, you must create the message template in your Meta Business Manager.
