WWould you like to filter your open WhatsApp chats according to certain criteria to get a better overview? Then please proceed as follows:

1 . Open the chat-overview

Click on the WhatsApp icon on the left sidebar of Recruitee. You will now see all the open chats you have access to.

2. Set the filter

Now click on the filter symbol. You can now filter the open chats by department and/or job tag. To stay organized with all your open chats that have unread messages, you can pin them to the top of the overview. The filter settings also remain active if you switch to another view and back, for example.

3. Reset filter settings

You can reset the filter settings at any time by clicking on the filter symbol again and selecting “Reset all filters”.
