A colleague from your recruiting team has sent you an activation link for the WhatsApp integration FunnelBridge. With FunnelBridge, you can seamlessly communicate with your candidates directly via WhatsApp from within Recruitee – quickly, efficiently, and all in one place.
Simply follow these steps to set up the integration. The setup process is straightforward and takes only a few minutes.

Open the link
You should have received a link via email or through another method from your FunnelBridge administrator. Use this link to enable your access.
Install the FunnelBridge Extension
To integrate the WhatsApp chat window into Recruitee, you need to download the FunnelBridge browser extension:
Choose the icon of the Browser you are using
Click on "Install Browser Extension" in the setup window.
After installation of the extension, return to this setup window.
Enable access
Once the extension is installed, a button to "Enable Access" will appear.
Click it to proceed.
You will be redirected to Recruitee to complete the integration.
Start chatting
Once the setup is complete:
A WhatsApp icon will appear in the left sidebar of your Recruitee dashboard. Click the icon to access all open WhatsApp chats.
Additionally, you'll find a WhatsApp chat window in the profile of each candidate for direct communication.

⚡️ Troubleshooting:
If you see the WhatsApp icon in the left sidebar but can't view all the chats you expect to see, contact your FunnelBridge administrator to verify your access rights.
