During your FunnelBridge trial, you can explore the WhatsApp Bot and messaging features to test how they enhance your recruitment process. These guidelines are designed to help you effectively test and understand the functionality, ensuring a seamless experience as you evaluate the platform.
WhatsApp Bot
Restarting the Chat:
If you would like to test the application process for a different job or scenario, simply send "cancel" within the chat. The bot will restart the process.Testing the Bot Again:
Once a WhatsApp application process is completed, the bot will not respond further. To test it again, delete the profile associated with your number in Recruitee.Disabling CV Requests:
If you want to stop requesting CVs via WhatsApp for all applications, this feature can be disabled globally in the FunnelBridge settings.Chat Sequence:
The bot will ask questions and request data as defined in the application form for the specific job in Recruitee. To adjust these, modify the application form directly in Recruitee.
WhatsApp Messaging
Chat Window Activation:
The WhatsApp chat window will only be visible for candidates added to your Recruitee account after the integration.
To activate it for pre-existing candidates, you can enable the it retroactively in FunnelBridge
Collaborative Testing:
During the trial, you can invite your hiring team to test FunnelBridge collaboratively. Navigate to Manage Employee Access in the settings and send invitations.Message Templates:
Candidates who haven't applied via WhatsApp or have inactive conversations for more than 24 hours needs to be contacted through a message template (restriction by meta).
You can create custom message templates directly in FunnelBridge.
Trial Limitations
FunnelBridge can be used productively during the trial. However, keep these restrictions in mind to maximize its potential.
