No-shows for scheduled interviews or trial workdays are among the biggest frustrations for recruiters. While traditional email reminders can help, they are often overlooked. WhatsApp, with its significantly higher open rates, can drastically reduce the chances of no-shows.

With this new feature, you will be able to define event-specific messages and decide when candidates should be reminded. This will ensure no-shows soon become a thing of the past for your hiring team.

📅 Event Scheduling via WhatsApp
Recruitee already allows you to send booking links for events via email. In the future, FunnelBridge will enable you to send these links directly through WhatsApp – faster, more efficient, and with a higher success rate.
