Would you also like to give your colleagues from the hiring team the opportunity to communicate with your candidates via WhatsApp from within Recruitee?
Then please proceed as follows:
First, make sure that you have successfully set up FunnelBridge Messaging and connected it to your Recruitee company account. In your FunnelBridge account under Settings > Direct communication setup, all fields should be marked in green as "active, error-free".
You can now generate an individual API token for each of your colleagues under Settings > API Token. It is important that you generate a separate token for each colleague and name it accordingly so that you don't get confused later.
You can also define the access rights of the respective colleague. You can either give them unrestricted access or restrict it based on job tags or departments.
Now ask your colleagues to install the Funnelbridge extension for their favourite browser and send them their token.
Done 🎉: From now on you can communicate with your applicants as a team via WhatsApp.
Note: Your colleagues can also use FunnelBridge messaging outside of Recruitee without the extension. However, you would have to give them the login credentials to your FunnelBridge account.
