First, make sure that you have successfully set up FunnelBridge Messaging and connected it to your Recruitee company account. In your FunnelBridge account under Settings > Direct communication setup, all fields should be marked in green as "active, error-free".

Now go to Settings > Manage Employee Access

There, click on "Set Up New Employee Access". You can now enable access for a single colleague or multiple colleagues simultaneously, depending on how you want to restrict access rights.

Define Access Rights

You can either grant unrestricted access or restrict it based on job tags or departments. If all colleagues in your organization are generally allowed to access all chats, choose the first option. If you want to restrict access to, for example, jobs within a specific department, please select the second option.

Which Colleagues Would You Like to Grant Access?

You can optionally add an email address for each colleague, to which the activation link will be sent. Alternatively, you can simply copy the link yourself after completion and share it with the colleague(s).

Create the activation link

For each colleague you would like to add click the checkmark. When you have listed all click next. Now you can create the activation link.

Forward the link and edit the access rights (optional)

If you didn't choose the option to send the link to your colleagues via email make sure they receive it through another method. In the overview you can easily copy the link, edit the access rights and forward it to them.
