With FunnelBridge, you also have the option to automatically send WhatsApp messages in Recruitee when candidates reach certain pipeline stages. Make sure in advance that you have set up the message templates (simple or complex) you want to send out automatically.
Automated WhatsApp messages per pipeline stage can be set up individually for each job. If you edit your standard pipeline, this pipeline will then be used for all new jobs. You can also define automated WhatsApp messages per stage for all your other pipeline templates. If you want to use automated WhatsApp messages for an existing job, you must edit the stored pipeline template accordingly. If you are using a customised pipeline, you must first save it as a template in Recruitee.
The messages are sent automatically and immediately when the candidates are moved to the stage to which such a trigger is attached. There are two ways in which you can start setting up these triggers:

Option 1 - via Recruitee
In Recruitee, go to Settings > Process > Pipeline and click on the FunnelBridge icon in the template and stage for which you want to send an automated WhatsApp message:
Note: For the icons to appear, you must have installed the FunnelBridge extension beforehand.
Option 2 - via FunnelBridge
Go directly to Settings > Pipeline automations in FunnelBridge. Then click on ‘Create new automation’
Next you can select the pipeline and stage from Recruitee in which you would like to send an automated WhatsApp message.
Choose message template and set the time
Both options will then take you to the FunnelBridge setup screen for the relevant pipeline and stage. Here you can specify which message template you want to send. You can also select a message template with variables, which you can replace with placeholders here. You can choose whether the message should be sent immediately or with a time delay.
Once you have successfully saved the automation, it will be displayed in FunnelBridge under Settings > Pipeline automations. You can also edit or delete them here if necessary.
