FunnelBridge offers you various options for sending WhatsApp messages to your applicants:
The 'WhatsApp' chat in the candidate profile
If you have installed and verified the FunnelBridge extension in your browser, a ‘WhatsApp’ window will appear in the candidate profile and you can send a message directly from Recruitee. However, the candidate must have a valid telephone number and may only be created after FunnnelBridge has been installed. Otherwise, you can also activate candidates for WhatsApp at a later date. :
The note in the candidate profile
After you have successfully connected FunnelBridge with Recruitee, a link will be created in the notes of all new candidates. This will redirect you to the WhatsApp chat with the candidate in your FunnelBridge account. This is also possible without an extension, but you must be logged into your FunnelBridge account:
The open chat overview
All open WhatsApp chats are also displayed in an overview in Recruitee. You can access this via the FunnelBridge icon on the far left in the sidebar. By clicking on the names, you can access the chat with the respective candidate and send further messages:
