Here you can find a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding FunnlBrigde:

Do you offer a free trial?

For both the WhatsApp Bot and Messaging we offer a free trial. You can use it productively for 14 days. Please keep in mind, that Meta can charge extra costs for specific chats.

Can I use my own number?

Yes you can use your own mobile or land line number for your WhatsApp Business account. Just make sure you can verify it via call or SMS and that it isn't used for WhatsApp yet.

Do I need an own number?

For the trial period you can use one of our testnumbers. Afterwards you have to connect your own number (landline or mobile)

Where are the server located?

For the processing and storage of personal data, we and our contract data processors only use server that are located in the EU. You can find the detailed list here.

Why do I need a credit card?

For FunnelBridge Messaging you will need a valid credit card right from the start to configure your WhatsApp Business account. The reason is, that meta will charge extra costs for every new 24 hour chat window (not message), which wasn't initiated by the applicant. Check this example for more information how the calculation works.

Which payment options do you offer?

We will create an invoice for you and provide it in your FunnelBridge Account.

Are there any implementation costs?

No we don't charge any initial costs for implementation etc.

What kind of contracts do you offer?

We offer yearly and half-yearly subscriptions with automated renewal, unless you give a non-renewal notice 30 (thirty) calendar days in advance.

How long does it take to set up and integrate Funnelbridge?

The set up takes less than 15 minutes, if you use one of our test numbers. If you prefer to use your own one, it will take appr. 10 more minutes.

I don't have a Meta Business Account, can I still start the set up?

You will need a Meta Business account to create a WhatsApp Business account later. But no worries we are meta tech partner and you can create one via our embedded sign up process. You only need a private facebook account to start. If you also don't have this, you can create one here in less than minute.

Do I have to use the browser extension to send messages?

No we also provide a link to the WhatsApp chat in FunnnelBridge in the profile of every new candidate which is created in Recruitee. However we do recommend to use the extension for a better user experience.

Can you support with the implementation?

Yes we offer free implementation calls to help you set up the FunnelBridge account and the integration with Recruitee. Just send us a message.

In which languages is FunnelBridge available?

FunnelBridge Messaging is available in Dutch, German, English and French. The messages itself can be done in any preferred language.

The WhatsApp Bot is able to communicate in more than 26 languages with your applicants

Which browser are supported by the FunnelBridge extension?

Chrome, Edge and Mozilla Firefox
